  • Q: What is included with my ticket?

    This varies based on each event. At a minimum, admission to the drag show and brunch is included. Please visit the event-specific page to learn more about what is included with your ticket level.

  • Q: How many events does Queen City Charities host each year?

    Queen City Charities will be producing three events this year!

    Wigs & Waffles: June 9, 2024
    Tuxedos & Tiaras: November 16, 2024
    Sip & Slay: December 14, 2024

    Throughout the year we are partnering with other businesses, organizations, and individuals on more intimate events that still raise money to support our grantmaking efforts! You can keep up-to-date on our events by visiting our Upcoming Events page!

  • Q: Is there a minimum age for event attendees?
    Generally speaking, we do not have an age requirement for our events. However, there may be age restrictions for specific events given their location, timing, or event content. Please visit the individual event page for further information.
    Otherwise, parental/guardian discretion should be advised.
  • Q: Where do I find information about Queen City Charities' grantmaking process?

    Please visit our Grantmaking page to learn more about deadlines and processes, and to receive updates. This page will be updated regularly, as well as our social media channels. 

  • Q: What organizations are eligible for grants?

    Generally, any 501(c)(3) or fiscally sponsored organization in good standing would be eligible. The criteria for eligible projects can be found in our Grantmaking Resources.

  • Q: How many grants do you award each year?

    The number of grants awarded may vary depending on the amount of available funding, the number of applicants, and award amounts to applicants. Our goal is to fund applications that make the greatest impact in the Greater Cincinnati LGBTQ+ community.

  • Q: Are there opportunities to volunteer?

    Yes! As an all-volunteer organization, there are plenty of opportunities to volunteer! Just send us a note HERE and someone from our team will be in touch!

  • Q: I'd like to host an event or fundraiser to benefit Queen City Charities. Who do I contact?
